1. What is Elegnoo?

2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or fulfillment delays.
3. How long does shipping take?
For most U.S. orders, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 20 business days after shipment dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
4. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email where available. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
5. Why did my items arrive separately?
If you order multiple products, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This helps us deliver products as efficiently as possible.
6. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation shortly after placing an order. However, once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or sent to fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.
7. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@elegnoo.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.
9. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, wrong variant, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
10. Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
11. What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive my package?
Please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, your local delivery office, or the carrier. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will review the case fairly.
12. Are customs duties or import taxes included?
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country or region.
