Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, holidays, or fulfillment delays, processing may take longer. Customers will receive order updates where available.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

For most U.S. orders, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 20 business days after shipment dispatch.

8. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package may be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment details and may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
9. Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should first check with household members, neighbors, building reception, local delivery office, or the carrier.
We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when tracking confirms successful delivery, but we will review each case fairly.
